At Simptel, our journey began in the Silicon Valley of the Netherlands, where we, as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), identified a crucial gap in the communications market. It was a landscape dominated by large players, where the true essence of connectivity was overshadowed by competition and monopolistic practices.

We believed in a different approach - one where communication isn't a privilege of the few but a fundamental right for all. This belief was the cornerstone of Simptel, marking our evolution into a pioneering cloud-native, security-first CPaaS provider. Our challenge was clear: to redefine the telecom industry and bring back its true essence.

Our first step was to ensure robust security for our platform. Recognising the importance of trust and reliability, we focused on integrating advanced security features, laying a solid and secure foundation for our services.

But our vision extended beyond technological innovation. We aimed to empower, not to overshadow. Our goal was to equip local Managed Service Providers with innovative tools and solutions, enhancing their efficiency and expanding their reach. We aspired to make their services more profitable, convenient, and accessible to a wider audience.

As we grew, our expansion transcended the Dutch borders. In our second year, we established a branch in Ahmedabad, India, signalling our commitment to global connectivity. This expansion wasn't just about growing our physical presence; it was about breaking barriers and fostering connections across continents.

Now, as we stand ready to launch our platform, we remain true to our foundational vision and mission. Choosing to stay bootstrapped has presented its challenges, but it has also solidified our foundation.
